Questions, answered plainly.
How does an allocation work?
You request a bottle and a viewing time here with your Fragmania attendee number. The house confirms on WhatsApp and holds a numbered bottle for you. You settle and collect it in person at the booth.
Is anything charged online?
No. Nothing is charged on this website. Payment is settled only in person at the booth. The house never asks for a deposit by message or transfer.
Do I need to register for Fragmania?
Yes. Requests are matched to your Fragmania registration, so your name and contact details are not asked twice. Register first, then return with your attendee number.
How much is MONARQ?
MONARQ is RM 15,000 per 100 ml bottle, settled in person at the booth.
What does "edition of 10" mean?
Only 10 bottles of this edition exist. Each carries its own number, assigned when the house confirms a request.
Where and when can I see MONARQ?
At Fragmania, MAEPS Serdang, Hall A, from 9 to 11 October 2026, by private viewing at the MONARQ booth.
How is my personal data used?
Only to handle your request. We read your name and contact from your Fragmania registration and keep it for this request alone. See the Privacy notice for details.
How do I reach the concierge?
Through the WhatsApp link shown after your request, or in the footer of this site.
