Who we are

MONARQ is the data user for allocation requests made on monarq.vip. This notice follows the Personal Data Protection Act 2010 of Malaysia.

What we collect

When you request an allocation we use your Fragmania attendee number and registered phone to match your Fragmania registration. From that registration we read your name, phone and email. You may also give us a viewing time, quantity and an optional note.

We do not collect payment details online. We do not store your IP address.

Why we use it

To confirm your request, contact you about it on WhatsApp or email, prepare your numbered bottle and hand it over at the booth. We do not use it for advertising and we do not sell it.

Who sees it

Only MONARQ staff handling allocations. Our database and hosting providers process it on our behalf under contract.

How long we keep it

Requests that are not confirmed are deleted 30 days after the event. Confirmed and collected requests are kept for 90 days after the event, then anonymised, except where the law requires longer records.

Your choices

You may ask to see, correct or withdraw consent for your data at any time through the concierge. Withdrawing consent before confirmation cancels the request.

Payment safety

MONARQ never asks for a deposit or transfer by message. Payment is settled only in person at the booth. Please report any message that asks otherwise.
