A request is not a sale
Sending a request does not reserve a bottle and creates no obligation to buy. A bottle is held only after the house confirms your request.
Confirmation and holding
Once confirmed, a numbered bottle is held for the named registrant. The house may release a held bottle that is not collected within the stated holding time.
Payment and collection
Payment is settled in person at the Fragmania booth, and the bottle is handed over there to the registrant who shows a matching Fragmania QR code. Nothing is charged on this website.
Prices
Prices are shown in Malaysian Ringgit. The price that applies is the one shown when your request is confirmed.
Editions
Each edition is limited and numbered. The house may decline a request at its discretion, including when an edition is fully allocated.
